By accepting a quote, making a deposit, or otherwise engaging Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry.
2. Services Provided
Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry offers a range of services including, but not limited to:
- Custom kitchen design and consultation
- Manufacture of custom cabinetry
- Kitchen installation services
- Supply and installation of benchtops and splashbacks
- Complete kitchen renovation services
- Commercial kitchen fit-outs
- General joinery services

3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are based on the information and specifications provided at the time of quotation. Any changes to design, materials, or scope of work after the quote has been accepted may result in additional charges.
4. Payments
A deposit, as specified in your quote, is required to commence work. Progress payments may be required at various stages of the project, with the final balance due upon satisfactory completion of services. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make payments as per the agreed schedule may result in delays or suspension of work.
5. Design and Approval
For custom design projects, Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry will provide design concepts and plans for your approval. It is your responsibility to review and approve all designs, dimensions, materials, and finishes before manufacturing commences. Once approved, any further changes may incur additional costs and affect project timelines.
6. Project Timelines
Estimated project timelines will be provided; however, these are approximations. Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, third-party supplier delays, unforeseen site conditions, or changes requested by the client.
7. Site Preparation and Access
For installation services, it is your responsibility to ensure the site is clear, safe, and accessible for our team and equipment. This includes removing existing fixtures, clearing pathways, and ensuring adequate power and water are available, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry provides warranties on our workmanship and supplied products in accordance with Australian consumer law. Specific warranty details for materials and appliances will be passed on from the respective manufacturers. Any defects or issues must be reported to us in writing within a reasonable timeframe after completion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your engagement with our services.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and intellectual property created by Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry in the course of providing services remain the property of Outback Kitchens & Cabinetry until full payment for the services has been received. We reserve the right to use project photos for promotional purposes, ensuring client privacy where necessary.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement under specific conditions, such as a breach of these terms. In the event of termination, you will be liable for all work performed and costs incurred up to the date of termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
